Women’s Circle
A sacred space for women to gather, soften, and remember who we truly are.
We come together in circle to share our wisdom, to be deeply witnessed without judgment, and to reclaim the ancient sisterhood that lives woven through every one of us.
For this circle, we will have Erin Murrel, LMFT - guiding us through an experience of co-regulation.
A life tool to help us shift from reactivity to secure, embodied connection.
Many of us are trying to regulate alone — scrolling alone, worrying alone, bracing alone. And while self-regulation matters, humans were never designed to calm their nervous systems in isolation. We are wired for connection.
We will close with a Sound Bath by Aline Eskandari.
All women are welcome here, come exactly as you are.

Sound & Reset is a monthly sound bath gathering designed to nurture connection, rest, and community.
We come together to gently land from the weekend and ease into Monday with more presence, softness, and care.
You’re invited to arrive exactly as you are—and to bring a favorite stuffed animal to snuggle if that feels supportive or simply fun.
This is a space to slow down, be held by sound, and reset your nervous system in a warm, welcoming circle.
Come as you are. Give what you can. Let’s rest and reset together.
For parents who are looking for a curated, small-group experience that honors emotional attunement, creativity, and quality time together.
Through sound, art, and gentle ritual, we create a space for connection, presence, and shared meaning.
A heart-centered experience where love is felt, listened to, painted, and released — together.
Space is intentionally limited to preserve intimacy and focused bonding - 4 parent + child pairs.

Sound & Sense
The Sound Bath will guide you back into your body — shifting from the outside world’s noise into inner stillness and presence.
Then, we’ll explore how to sense and connect with energy centers, both within yourself and with others — cultivating awareness, sensitivity, and intuitive attunement.
This is not a lunch event, so please enjoy your Sunday brunch beforehand.
You’re welcome to bring personal snacks or grounding food to nourish yourself after the workshop if desired.
This will help you stay grounded and present so your attention can rest on sensing subtle nervous system signals during the workshop, without distraction.

Parent Child Sound Bath

This parent & child sound bath event was created with the intention of introducing to our little ones a way to slow down, rebalance, and relax. It has been my passion to include kids in their parents’ mindfulness journeys. By modeling mindfulness practices to our children, we teach them tools to self-regulate and process their emotions in healthy and creative ways.
Parents are invited to surrender to the sound, experience the waves of frequency, and allow this experience to connect with themselves and their little one/s.
For the Sound Bath, parents will lay down and get comfortable, and the kids, well... they will be kids! They can lay, sit, wobble, and either have their eyes opened or closed during the experience; all are welcomed! This is an excellent opportunity for the parents to practice letting go of control and mindfully observe and enjoy the moment.
In addition to the Sound Bath experience, parents and children will be invited to explore the magic of mindfulness practices with the SoulMakes crystals.
Please bring your yoga mat, pillow, blanket, and eye mask.
Get ready to immerse yourself in pure bliss and positive vibes.

Our goal is to come together in community and connection while supporting others in need. This event is for adults and children. Come with your favorite little one.
